On one of the bits just after Katt William’s interview with Howard they run a Gary Garver interview with Vanessa William’s. One of the questions was ” Describe Howard Stern in one word” I think the only answer t that is UNDER RATED, He is truly the best interviewer- ever. I think he makes it look so easy that people under estimate he skill s at getting people to talk.
he makes anyone interesting and is able to get his guests to talk freely. The Kat Williams’ interview was no different. Katt openly discusses his sex life- he has not had sex with a white women in over then years, his love of flash and bling and his tough adolescence. Katt was- IS – funny and very human. Kat was on to promote his latest comedy DVD and a cd release. Howard did play a bit of the cd. I was underwhelmed but I just love this guy. Think he might be my new favorite comic. I find the crude and obvious humor of Lisa Lampanelli not vulnerable enough and I LOATHE Bob Levy. I prefer a thinking man’s comic.

Even if you listen to Artie you can hear the pain- and the intelligence. Artie is no light weight.

Beth O came by Howard’s studio today with her friend, Katie better known as Billy Joel’s wife. She was buy to promote her cookbook, The Comfort Table She brought chocolate chip cookies for Artie. Personally- I find her very bland and uncharasmatic. Katie Lee Joel used to host
” op Chef” , not sure if she was dropped for being boring or left.
Maybe because I am a woman it really irritates me when Howard fawns over celebrity concubines wife.

The new marry a celebrity and publish a cookbook trend REALLY bugs me. Everytime I see a copy of Jerry Sienfeld’s wife’s cookbook I CRINGE. Blech.

Stern Show Listeners are more curious about comedian Jim Florentine now that he is dating Robin Quivers.

Who is Jim Florentine?

Born: August 18, 1965
Jim is well known for characters “Special Ed” and “Bobby Fletcher” from TV show Crank Yankers- a TV show featuring prank phone calls.

He is featured on Comedy Central, with show called “Meet the Creeps.”

His ex-girlfriend, Jade died at the end of 2006. She committed suicide. Jim discovered her body and he was deeply affected by the situation- which he has discussed on the Stern show and has since become involved with helping suicide support groups.

Jim asked Robin out on the air August 15, 2007. She accepted. She has been quite cagey about their relationship.

On March 25, 2008, Jim Florentine appeared on the Howard Stern Show, and along with Quivers, admitted that they have in fact had sex and are in an “exclusive relationship”.
